Hives Terms & Frequently Asked Questions
When are your Hives available?
The Hives are currently available to book Monday to Sunday in 2.5 hour time slots:
12:00 – 14:30 | 15:00 – 17:30 | 18:00 – 20:30 | 21:00 – 23:30
How much do they cost?
There is a £50.00 room-hire charge per dome and this fee is not deductible from the bill.
How many Hives are available for private hire?
We have 3 Hives available in total.
How many guests does each Hive accommodate?
Your party will always have The Hive privately even if you are 2 people, and we can host up to a maximum of 6 people per Hive.
Is there a view from The Hive?
Yes, The Hives structures are from glass and you can see the picturesque Ampney brook from within them. You can also walk out of the dome onto the terrace and admire the view.
Can I bring decorations?
Our Hives have been expertly styled, therefore we kindly ask guests not to bring decorations with them.
Can I walk in and get one of The Hives without a booking?
Due to a very high demand, The Hives are available to pre-book only.
Are The Hives heated/air-conditioned?
In the colder months, the domes do have heaters, but we still advise you to wear clothing to suit the weather. In the warmer months, they have a ‘window’ at the top to let fresh air in and you can also leave the door open if you wish.
Please note that on special occasion dates such as Christmas day, New Year's Eve, Valentine's Day and larger party bookings may differ from the above.
